How long does it take to arrive?

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track the shipment in real time. If you don't see it in your main inbox, check your spam folder.

Do you ship throughout the Mexican Republic?

Yes. We ship throughout the Republic. If your location is difficult to access, the delivery time may be extended by a few additional days.

Can I change the address after purchasing?

If the order has not yet been dispatched, please email us immediately at thepurepassion@outlook.com with the order number and we will try to correct it. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

About payments and invoicing

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with the methods that appear at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, transfer, cash payment, and other options enabled for Mexico. Available methods are automatically displayed at checkout.

Is it safe to buy on your site?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, the world's most secure e-commerce platform. All purchase pages are encrypted with SSL/HTTPS protocol. Payments are processed by certified external providers, and we do not store full card data on our servers.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. Send us your complete tax details to thepurepassion@outlook.com along with your order number within the first few days of the month in which you made the purchase.

About returns

Can I return the product if I don't like it?

For strict hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or products with broken security seals. This is standard practice in the entire intimate cosmetics category and protects both your health and that of our other customers.

If the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or if it is still sealed and unopened, a return is applicable. All details are in our Refund Policy.

What happens if the package arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the product and the outer packaging. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund.
